Frequently asked questions
When will my item ship?
With the exception of bridesmaid sets the turnaround time is approx. 4 weeks from purchase date on diaper bag and 3 weeks on Child size bags.
Care instructions
I usually recommend spot clean if you can , if not a hand wash cycle ( if you have a machine with an agitator be sure to watch the straps carefully so they don't get caught in it ) in a gentle detergent like Woolite or something similiar and hang it to dry.
Where do I leave the name for my item? Personalization
You will leave me the name for your bag in the "notes to seller" during checkout. It will be stitched exactly as it is sent to me .. example:if you type it in all caps it will be stitched in all caps. If you would like initials please send FULL name .. traditional initials are stitched as "Last name initial" LARGER in the center.
Do you do items with a special order fabric not shown in you shop?
If the fabric you would like is available just let me know what it is and I will be happy to check to see if it is available ... an additional charge may be added for special order fabrics but it will be discussed before you purchase.
Can I get my order sooner than the 4 weeks?
I do offer a limited number of rush order fee options. If you need it sooner just let me know before you purchase and I will check my rush dates and see if I have a slot available to fit your date needed.
